David Attenborough's latest programme was all about big birds (and not the one found on Sesame Street), specifically the various species of now extinct, flightless New Zealand Moa and also the similarly extinct and ground based Aepyornis (aka. the elephant bird) of Madagascar. Tuck into the
podcast if you want to learn more. I was toying with drawing a big bird but then I thought of Sesame Street puppets and reached for my camera...and paper shredder.

Fun Image. It would be entertaining to see it animated.
Heh, fun looking bird. Awesome character designs you have here!
I wonder if you could have used your arms as the legs as well. This is a really nice piece - I particularly like the quirky montage approach you've taken - it still feels distinctly 'you' though (if you'll forgive the pretentious 'art-speak')
Would a scenic background further push the jokiness that it's a human arm?
awesome!! shape of your arm perfectly works in the bird's character.
